Bad Omen

My dreams are always fucked up and I got used to it years ago.
But some time ago I had a very disturbing dream. It was beautiful and it makes it even worse. I dreamed that I was on a walk during the golden hour to stress down on few days before an exam. I saw a weird sculpture situated upon the river. It was weird because in real life only few people know this place and it's located in forest. The sculpture looked like a giant cracked bell made of gold (but the information sign said that it was a bronze weepng willow). I decided to look inside through the crack and I saw a beautiful face. There was an another sculpture under the bell. I couldn't see a whole face though, so I had to come closer and change an angle.
And after that I saw a warning on the information sign.
"It's save to see only a half of the face. Anyone who saw the whole face will die soon."
The dream was long. I continued to go for walks but the golden hour lasted all day. Sometimes I felt a presence, sometimes I saw something sneaking trough the trees. Birds and people started to act unnatural. Whole world turned into disturbing golden grotesque. I felt insecure everywhere.
I was wondering was was hidden in this sculpture. I came to conclusion that it wasn't any angel of death, but the Impending Death itself.
I woke up still feeling insecure. Painting this portrait was a struggle because I felt unconfortable with this creepy, cold eye looking at me. I even felt dizzy for a while. Although I know that I did the right thing, because if I just let this vision stay untouched in my head, it would grow getting darker and more sinister.
I guess it was caused by stress. Am I the only weirdo with symbolic nightmares or any of you feels my pain? :')
