Scene One.
Alice trotts home from work
Alice: Hello I'm home
The dog barks, running, almost knocking the young lady to the floor.
No one answers, nothing mysterious there.
.....
Alice walks into the quaint Victorian living room, with an old iron fire.
A Grand Fire place in the middle of the building.
Oak scatchy wooden floors and a persian rug sits center stage.
.....
A large settee and a dining table.
The TV sits to left on it's majestic mantle.
.....
Alice's father sits watching football,
while his Goat sits mesmerized by the coal fire.
.....
A iron pot hangs in the fire warming, while heating the cold Victorian building.
.....
The Dog followed Alice into the kitchen.
Brenda shouts, Alice's mother, 'help me with this Pot'.
.....
Hello to you to, Alice's thought.
.....
Looking into the pot in the kitchen stove. The Staffordshire named Tikka, sits.
.....
The kitchen was through the living room. A rather elongated kitchen, stretching to a square hall with a garden door and the bathroom at the end of the hall, like most Victorian houses, very elongated with high ceilings.
.....
What is it, 'Alice said'. Referring to Giant Pot on the small stove.
.....
'Its just rabbits stew', hey mother said.
'Don't tell the Goat', whatever you do.
....
Alice: Why anyway, that's a bit strange.
.....
Brenda: The Goat was playing with the neighbours rabbits and a few got loose, one came into our garden, and your dimwit of a father stepped on it.
.....
Alice: What is it doing in the pot.
Brenda: Well it's a shame for it to go to waste, and I didn't want to talk to the Neighbours, this saves the bother.
.....
Alice: Rabbit pie then.
Brenda: Yes, you seem a bit off colour what's wrong. Resting her hand on her forehead.
Alice: I have a slight tooth ache.
Brenda: You need some pain killers for that, you better get your self sorted, I can do this for a while.
.....
.....
Scene 2. The next day.
.....
Alice who is feeling much better enters her home.
Her father sitting in the exact same place, this time watching, Spanish football.
Alice: What the hell, why are you watching Spanish football.
.....
Father: We might be going to Spain in the summer, I want to learn some Spanish, the weird French guy at work with the Mexican accent told be about it.
.....
Alice. You can't have a French person with a Mexican accent.
Father: Of course you can, you have players like that all the time in football.
.....
Father: What the hell is that in your Hair Alice?
Alice: What?
Father: I don't know, it looks like bread crumbs.
.....
Alice: It's cloves, apparently they help with tooth ache, I tried to take them out but I must have left a few. Shit, I hope no one has spotted that.
....
Father: Who they hell told you to do that?
Alice: My boyfriend did, he said cloves help with tooth ache.
Father: You don't put them in your hair though, you put them by your tooth, and he chuckled to himself and had a closer look.
.....
Father: I think you better get them out, how is your tooth?
Alice: It's feeling much better, it must be the thought of it and Alice laughed in disbelief.
Father: You have to get that checked out.
.....
Alice: What the hell is that in the Pot.
Looking at the pot above the Coal fire.
Father: That's the other rabbit, we are having rabbit pie again tonight.
.....
Father: Tell your boyfriend to come over, I like to talk to him about these cloves, I will have to have words with him.
.....
Father: Do you want chillies and garlic with that too?
.....
Brenda: (Who just walked into the living room), shouts, 'leave her alone you dimwit, and fix that Rabbit you left in there bugger', and wolloped him across the head.
.....
Father: What's s that for.
(Stroking his head).
Brenda: Being an idiot.
.....
.....
The end.
No animals were used all filmed in this production, they were fake.
This is not a true story.
