0 mph the engine purred as I sat on the warm leather seat The sunlight gleaming on my visor 1st gear the tyres rolled and the engine roared into life 2nd gear the front wheel came up I’m having to apply force to keep it grounded 3rd hear twist the throttle 80 mph and still rising 4th gear revs at 8500 I can feel the air rushing by me 5th gear the engine hot under the flammable tank of fuel The traffic now a slipstream as I hit 130mph One last gear do I risk it or not As the demon in my ear screams one final twist is all it will take My fingers pull the clutch in my foot hots the gear lever The traffic becoming a blur to my senses Only one thing on my mind and the CRASH Nothing but searing pain also over my body Broken bones and twisted metal As the flames lick my body from the ruptured tank As my eyes close enveloping me into a world of blackness
