Once again, another brilliant turnout on an early Sunday morning in Brentwood at the Thatchers Arms. It was absolutely chucking it down when we started… and still loads of men turned up. That says everything. 8am, men from all ages and all walks of life coming together for our men supporting men’s mental health walk. Everyone is welcome. It’s completely free. Anyone can come. And we’re doing it every single Sunday. Each week it’s getting busier and busier, and if it helps just one person, then that’s enough for me. What I love seeing is men actually talking. Getting things off their chest. Supporting each other. If you’ve had a good week, turn up and help lift someone else. If you’ve had a bad week, come down and vent. There’s no judgement here. None of that. We don’t look at you like that…. We are all here to support one another. Week on week, watching this grow, it’s genuinely powerful to see men supporting men. So thank you to everyone who turned up again today, rain and all. Another lovely Sunday. Proper proud. See you all again same time next week. Bosh. 👊❤️ -
