Show me where everything is hidden
When there's no place left to hide
Do you feel like life's a one way trip
And your only there for the ride

When will the pain all go away
When can I let free again
When will the pain all go away
When can I truly love again

What is it that you are trying to show me
Am I missing all the clues
An angel who wants to be happy and free
But right now is just feeling the blues

Can’t I just be happy again
No more worries anymore
Can’t I just love again
Instead of always shutting the door

Let the angel spread her wings
And soar through life free
Without letting her worry
About where the end may be

This angel is going to love again
Something she thought she’d never do
There is nothing that this angel won’t do
Just to always be in love with you

Reading books

Many people feel that time for reading was a major privilege of their childhood, where they had access to thousands of books from libraries, bookstores, or books passed along.

Reading is good for children. It makes them more literate, better at math, more academically successful. Yet, the number of children who never read for pleasure has tripled since 1984.

6. The Fountainhead

Our best work comes from our basest desires. People do what they feel like doing. Strip away the fake morals, the shallow altruism of “second-handers,” and the prison of caring what people think you should do with your life and let yourself (and others) do your best, most authentic work. True impact and lasting goodness come from a central purpose in the individual.

When working with people, discover their most core desires and liberate them to create. As a result, they will do their best work, they will love it, you will love it, and it will be beautiful, and everyone will love it.

Due to their association with gems and their elegant, deeply saturated colors, jewel tones can all lend an air of luxury to anyone who wears them. Jewel tones can also add vibrancy in a more subtle way than wearing a bright or neon color. If you like jewel tones but aren't sure exactly how to incorporate them into your current wardrobe, Refinery29's" target="_blank" class="inline-link">https://www.refinery29.com... senior style editor, Annie Georgia Greenberg, has some tips: "A good way to start trying out wearing jewel tones is to pair it with black and white." This could be in the form of an emerald-and-black striped skirt, as Greenberg showcases, or even an accessory in a jewel tone. Greenberg also suggests trying out jewel-toned makeup, like a garnet lipstick, or a jewel-toned necklace, like an emerald pendant or amber beads.

Edmonia Lewis

Edmonia Lewis was the first professional African American sculptor, born in New York in 1843/45. Her father was a free African American and her mother a Chippewa Indian. From the beginning, she was determined to become a sculptor. With a minimum of training, exposure, and experience, Lewis began producing medallion portraits of known abolitionists. With sales of her portrait busts of abolitionist John Brown and Colonel Robert Gould Shaw, the Boston hero and white leader of the celebrated African American 54 Regiment of the Civil War, Lewis was able to finance her first trip to Europe in 1865.
