This actually makes it harder to control your aggression.
The solution is to turn the relationship around. Acknowledge and accept your anger for what it is. Then, direct your efforts at control toward your aggression.
Legend often has it that Molière died onstage, but that’s not actually true. On February 17, 1673, the audience watching Le Malade Imaginaire (The Imaginary Invalid) at Théâtre du Palais-Royal in Paris almost witnessed Jean-Baptiste Poquelin, the writer and actor better known as Molière, die onstage. He collapsed in a coughing fit, but the show soon went on, and he finished his performance as hypochondriac Argan. Unlike his character, Molière was actually gravely ill with tuberculosis, and just a few hours later, he died from a hemorrhage.

This is one of the most influential fantasy series by J.R.R Tolkien. The Rings of Power are a metaphor of political power, and as they say, power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
The Rings powers cannot be used for good, even by the seemingly good people. The series is also critical of socialism and was reflective of the author’s disdain of industrialization and modern technology.
Television alters the meaning of “being informed” by creating misleading information: misplaced, irrelevant, fragmented or superficial information that creates the illusion of knowing something. We lose the sense of what it means to be well informed. Ignorance is always correctable. But what shall we do if we take ignorance to be knowledge?

you feel...
Nobody knows the way
it hurts...
It leaves no scar
they can see...
Nobody knows how much
you wish it away...
And nobody know how
it just grows and grows...
And nobody knows what it is
that you know...
Cause nobody knows the pain
Inside.
