Émile Cohl is the father of the animated cartoon. In 1907, Cohl was hired as a scenarist by Gaumont to generate one-page story ideas for movies.

- Accept Your Status. Admit that you feel like you might be missing the next awesome thing.
- Realize You’re Looking at the Greatest Hits. Everyone else only shares his or her biggest hits as well. It’s also good to remember that it’s extremely easy to manipulate “reality.”
- Disconnect. Turn off notifications for your social apps. If there is a person in particular who sets your FOMO on fire, don’t be afraid to unfollow that person to save your sanity.
- Live in the Present. Make a list of all the things you wish you had time for: learning a new language, finally reading the book club selection, volunteering.
So get out there and start living your life, and while you’re at it, practice some JOMO.
Rather than attending to the conversation at hand, socially anxious people are focused on themselves and continually monitor how they're coming across. They assume the worst about themselves.
When chatting to someone online, try to focus on the other person. Actively listen rather than thinking about how you look or sound. Actively enjoy what is out there. When on a video call, minimise your own image to help you focus more on the conversation.
Well, I can tell you what's next: You, chasing something random that you believe makes you happy.
It's all a façade. A hoax. A story that's been made up.
Did Aristotle lie to us when he said:
"Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence."
I think we have to look at that quote from a different angle. Because when you read it, you think that happiness is the main goal. And that's kind of what the quote says as well.

Open me like a book, read my introductory, read my words carefully and not guess on what i mean. Turn my pages slowly, let my words flow out into your mind slowly.
Take in my words, think about them. Don't automatically think that i make no sense, take the time to sit down rewind the time u opened me up and took a look at my pages, read what i have inside, its quite a ride.
Think about me when you tell someone how u feel, let them know whats real. Don't let them steal your heart, keep it on a short leash, and wait to release at the right moment on the right person.
If your not carefully u could lose you mind finding your lost heart in the dark. People will put you through a lot. Read my words carefully, let them flow into your mind.
Lovers may cause you pain, but its only rain, the storm will never hit dry land, just keep it in the distance. Read me like a book, take a deeper look.
